Acceptable Use Policy

This Acceptable Use Policy ("AUP") sets out the content and conduct that is prohibited on the Product DIY platform ("the Platform"), operated by YOUXEE STUDIO ("the Company", "we", "us"). It supplements, and forms part of, our Terms of Service. By using the Platform you agree to comply with this AUP.

1. Scope and Purpose

Product DIY provides AI-based image editing and generation features for ecommerce and creative content use cases, including virtual try-on, product background replacement, AI ad poster generation, image text translation, and related visual content tools. We are committed to ensuring the Platform is used only for legitimate, compliant, and appropriate business purposes.

2. Prohibited Content

You must not upload, generate, process, store, or distribute any of the following on the Platform:

• Nudity or sexually explicit content of any kind
• Content involving minors in any inappropriate, unsafe, or sexualized context
• Violent, abusive, or otherwise illegal content
• Hate speech, harassment, or discriminatory material targeting any individual or group
• Misleading, deceptive, or impersonation-related content (including deepfakes of real persons without consent)
• Copyright-infringing or trademark-infringing material that you do not have the legal right to use
• Personal data of any third party that you have not been authorized to upload
• Content that promotes, facilitates, or instructs on illegal activity
• Any content that violates applicable laws, regulations, or these platform Terms and Conditions

3. Monitoring and Control Measures

We apply the following layered controls to reduce the risk of prohibited content being uploaded, generated, or processed on the Platform:

a) Third-Party AI Model Safety Filtering

We use third-party AI model providers (Google Vertex AI, OpenAI, BytePlus) that have built-in safety filtering and moderation mechanisms. Uploads or generation requests involving prohibited or unsafe content may be automatically rejected by the model-level safety system.

b) Platform Rules and Acceptable Use Restrictions

In addition to model-level safeguards, this AUP and our Terms of Service prohibit users from uploading or generating harmful, illegal, infringing, explicit, or otherwise prohibited content. Users are bound by these rules independently of any provider's filter.

c) Restriction and Enforcement Rights

We reserve the right to reject requests, restrict usage, suspend access, or terminate accounts if users are found to be violating these platform rules or attempting to misuse the service.

d) Review of Suspicious Activity

Where necessary, suspicious activity, misuse, or reported cases may be reviewed by us to determine whether further action is required. Such review may include access to the relevant uploaded or generated content for investigation purposes only.

e) Ongoing Risk Control

We continue to monitor the suitability of our content safety controls and may improve platform safeguards, restrictions, and review processes from time to time without prior notice.

4. Actions Taken if Prohibited Content is Detected

If prohibited content is detected or reasonably suspected, one or more of the following actions may be taken at our sole discretion:

• Reject or block the upload or generation request
• Remove, disable, or restrict access to the relevant content
• Issue a warning to the user
• Temporarily suspend the account
• Permanently terminate the account in serious or repeated cases
• Conduct manual review where necessary
• Escalate the matter to law enforcement or regulators where required by applicable law or regulatory obligations

Credits consumed on requests that are subsequently identified as violations of this AUP are non-refundable.

5. Compliance Position

We take content safety and platform misuse seriously. Although third-party model providers supply built-in safety filtering, the Platform does not rely solely on such model-level controls. We also maintain platform-level usage restrictions and enforcement rights to reduce the risk of prohibited use. Our intention is to ensure that the Platform is used only for legitimate, compliant, and appropriate business purposes.

6. Reporting Violations

If you become aware of content or activity on the Platform that you believe violates this AUP, please report it to support@page-diy.com with the subject line "AUP Report". Where possible, include the relevant generation ID (visible on the History page) and a brief description of the issue.

7. Updates to this Policy

We may update this AUP from time to time as our service, regulatory environment, or risk controls evolve. The updated version is effective when published on this page. Continued use of the Platform after publication constitutes acceptance of the updated AUP.
