Product DIY uses a prepaid credit system. To ensure fairness, we have established the following refund policy.

  1. Send an email to support@page-diy.com with the subject line "Refund Request"
  2. Please include in your email:
    • Registered email address
    • User ID (the 8-character code shown on your Dashboard)
    • Top-up date and amount
    • Reason for refund
    • If related to generation quality, please provide the generation record ID (available on the History page)
  3. We will review your request and respond within 3 business days
  4. Once approved, the refund will be returned to your original payment method within 5–10 business days
